Questions brands ask.
Straight answers, no pitch. Anything else, bring it to the fit call.
What does an AI consultant for apparel brands actually do?
I audit how your creative and product teams currently work, find the points where AI cuts time and cost without damaging brand quality, then build and train those workflows into your process.
Will AI make our brand look generic?
It will if it's used the way most brands use it. Generic output comes from generic process: no brand guardrails, no review step, prompts written by whoever had a free afternoon. Every workflow I build starts from your brand codes and keeps a trained human at the decision points. AI handles volume. Your team keeps taste.
Do you replace designers or creative roles?
No, and I won't help you do it. The brands getting real value from AI use it to clear production grunt work so designers spend more time on the work that actually differentiates the brand.
How is this different from hiring a general AI consultant?
A general AI consultant knows the technology and learns your industry on your time. I've run creative and product inside apparel brands for 20 years and added the AI expertise on top. I know what a sample review looks like, why swim photography is its own discipline, and where a creative calendar actually breaks.
Do we need technical people on our team for this to work?
No. Training is designed for creatives, and the playbook is written in plain language.
How fast will we see results?
The Audit takes two weeks and usually surfaces two or three changes worth making immediately. Sprint workflows go live during the engagement itself, inside 3 to 4 weeks.
What happens after the engagement ends?
You own everything. The workflows, the templates, the fact base, the written operating manual, all of it sits in your accounts, not mine. Support runs 10 business days after a Sprint and 20 after an Operating System build. After that, most brands run it themselves, which is the point. Some come back for a second workflow or move to fractional support. Neither is required, and nothing I build stops working if you never call me again.
Is it just you, and can you handle a team our size?
You work with me directly, not a junior team learning on your account. The systems I have built let one senior operator deliver what used to take a group, and I scope every engagement so the timeline is set before we start, never held up by a queue. If a build needs a specialist I do not cover, I tell you before we begin.
What does this actually save us?
The result is measured in hours and cadence, not features. A workflow that turns three days of product-page copy into an afternoon gives the team those days back every launch. In the fit call we estimate what your specific bottleneck is costing now, so you can weigh it against the price before you commit.
