Apparel AI Workflow Sprint

Pick one job your team repeats. I rebuild it. Then we test it on live work with the people who will actually use it.

You can name the recurring process that keeps costing the team time.

What it is

Over 3–4 weeks I take one job your team does over and over and rebuild it using your products, brand rules, examples, and existing tools. Then we test it on live work with the people who will use it.

Your existing tools, not a new stack. The point is that the workflow survives after I leave, which it will not do if it depends on software nobody chose.

What you leave with

The working workflow, 2–3 templates, examples using your products, a review checklist, a decision record, team training, and 10 business days of support.

The guarantee

THE DAY-30 GUARANTEE: If your team completes the training and the workflow is not running in real work by day 30, I keep working at no additional cost until it is, or you take half the fee back. Your call, not mine.

Which workflow

Twelve builds sit in the library, grouped as Product and Design, Brand and Marketing, and Custom. A Sprint is one of them. See the twelve workflows.

If you cannot yet name which repeated job is costing the most, that is what the Apparel AI Audit is for. If more than one of them needs the same brand rules and product facts underneath, that is the Operating System.

What is an AI workflow sprint?

An AI workflow sprint takes one job your team already does over and over and rebuilds it using your products, your brand rules, your examples and the tools you already pay for. It runs 3 to 4 weeks and gets tested on live work with the people who will use it.

How long does it take to build an AI workflow for an apparel team?

Three to four weeks for one workflow, start to live. The workflow goes into real work during the engagement itself rather than after it, so the team is using it before the Sprint ends. A full Operating System across several connected workflows runs 6 to 8 weeks.

What happens if the team never actually uses the workflow?

That is what the day-30 guarantee covers. If your team completes the training and the workflow is not running in real work by day 30, I keep working at no additional cost until it is, or you take half the fee back. Your call, not mine.

Not sure this is the right step?

In 30 minutes I’ll figure out what is worth fixing and whether the right next step is an Audit, Workflow Sprint, Operating System, fractional creative support, or none of them.
